Prevocational Services DSP Full-time position, Monday - Friday in Randolph County providing direct care assistance and supervision of activities. May occasionally work in Jay County. Team member responsible for supervising clients in activities within community-based or center-based programs, real world production, and simulated work activities. Must have computer, organizational and written/verbal communication skills. Experience providing support to those with disabilities is preferred. Substitute Opportunities Needed in all program areas in both Portland and Winchester - make some extra money by working on-call as needed in waiver and residential home settings, day programs, etc. Current rate is $10.00/hour with wage increase upon completion of 90-day probationary period.
Home Manager – Full-time position managing a waiver home. Manager will supervise both staff and residents; provide programming and behavioral support in accordance with written plans, complete required paperwork, handle all household finances and must be willing to work flexible hours. Prefer degree in related area or training/work experience. The starting rate for this position will be $13.73/hr. with an increase after successfully completing the 90-day probationary period.
**Accredited high school diploma or HSE is preferred for Direct Care positions. Must pass drug screen paid by JRDS and have 2-step TB testing. Full-time and part-time staff receives paid-days off benefit and paid holidays. Staff scheduled for 30+ hours/week are eligible for insurance benefits the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
