Director of Services/HIPAA Privacy Officer:
Full-time Exempt/Salaried position, responsible to facilitate and ensure quality consumer services via oversite of Day Services, Prevocational Services, and assigned Group and Waiver Homes. Position will ensure compliance with HIPAA Privacy and Security regulations, perform quality assurance functions and other administrative functions. Must have thorough knowledge of regulations, laws, and guidelines relevant to program, OSHA, and HIPAA. Four-year college degree, or eight years’ experience in related field. Related work experience or training and supervisory experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to provide management oversight, strategic direction and leadership. Excellent work reference required.
Needed in all program areas in both Portland and Winchester! Make some extra money by working on-call as needed in residential or waiver home settings, day programs, etc. Starting rate: $9.10 per hour with wage increase upon completion of 90 day probationary period
Facilities Technician: Team member responsible for the maintenance and repair to all buildings, grounds and equipment belonging to JRDS in Jay and Randolph Counties. Applicant must have carpentry, electrical & plumbing knowledge. Minimum three years related work experience preferred. Starting wage $12.95/hour with increase after 90 days.
Day Services DSP: Part-time position (20 hours per week) Monday - Friday in Jay County Day Services providing direct care assistance and supervision of activities. Starting rate $9.10/hr. with wage increase after 90 days.
**Accredited high school diploma or HSE is preferred for Direct Care positions. Must pass drug screen paid by JRDS and have 2-step TB testing. Full-time and part-time staff receives paid-days off benefit and paid holidays. Staff scheduled for 30+ hours/week are eligible for insurance benefits the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
